SOLDIER'S DISEASE

THEY MADE ME THE KEEPER OF THE VINEYARDS

There’s a new Hive Mind cassette available, and it comes with a screenprinted 2×8″ patch with the “vines” logo on it. Labelled cassettes and blue-on-grey heavy linen stock art. In lieu of describing it, I’ve linked embedded the new Hive Mind BandCamp page for this release below. You can purchase digital or physical copies of the cassette. A lot of the older Hive Mind material is being added to the BandCamp at a “name your price” option for download, which means it’s free unless you want to donate. A Midwest/East coast tour is confirmed for the first half of May and I’ll be posting those dates here soon.

They Made Me The Keeper Of The Vineyards was inspired by loneliness, desolation, routine, Dellamorte Dellamore & Marco Corbelli’s Morder Machine. No drum machines were used on these recordings.

DEPARTURE FROM THE INTERIOR WASTELAND

My friends Emeralds played in Los Angeles last night at the Henry Fonda Theater. It was a fantastic set right from the start but it took me a while to start recording video. I managed to capture the last 10 minutes of their set.

Check Hanson Records for Emeralds and related records & cassettes.

HOPE AND RUIN vol. 1

The first in hopefully a long series of Soldier’s Disease mixes. This one is by me, but I’ve got some solid guest mixes lined up already. For this starter, there’s no flow, no zone, just what I want to hear pretty much all day. Some bleak and influential tracks here as far as my tastes are concerned. This was sent out as a CDR with some Chondritic Sound orders last year in an un-mixed format. Below is the tracklist and some cover art.

You can download the mix HERE or click the play button to listen now.
